Our philosophy of consulting

Our view of the consulting profession is a demanding one, and is based on a few fundamental principles.

The first principle is that any claim to have the ability to provide consulting services necessarily requires not only experience as a consultant, but equally proven experience in those fields or sectors required to fully appreciate and effectively manage a project. This is the case of the entire CES team.

The second principle is that in our field of activity – institutional relations and public affairs – any claim to the successful completion of the actions which are undertaken necessarily requires a clearly defined and shared strategy in relation to the project. With regard to this point, CES confers particular importance to a thorough and careful examination of the project submitted to us.

The third principle is that any claim to ensuring effective completion of the project necessarily requires a realationship of trust between the client and the consultant. This not only involves commitment to absolute confidentiality on our part, which is a natural basis of our working relationship with clients, but also a mutual commitment to total transparency.

Through experience, we have learned that when these three principles are fulfilled, the foundation for future success has been established
