Our philosophy of consulting |
||||
Our view of the consulting profession is a demanding one, and is based on a few fundamental principles. The first principle is that any claim to have the ability to provide consulting services necessarily requires not only experience as a consultant, but equally proven experience in those fields or sectors required to fully appreciate and effectively manage a project. This is the case of the entire CES team. The second principle is that in our field of activity institutional relations and public affairs any claim to the successful completion of the actions which are undertaken necessarily requires a clearly defined and shared strategy in relation to the project. With regard to this point, CES confers particular importance to a thorough and careful examination of the project submitted to us. The third principle is that any claim to ensuring effective completion of the project necessarily requires a realationship of trust between the client and the consultant. This not only involves commitment to absolute confidentiality on our part, which is a natural basis of our working relationship with clients, but also a mutual commitment to total transparency. Through experience, we have learned that when these three principles are fulfilled, the foundation for future success has been established Jean-Pierre Hulot |
