Consulting fees |

| In order to provide the required degree of flexibility to meet the needs of each client, CES offers three distinct schemes for the remuneration of its services: |

A contractually fixed amount agreed upon by all parties. |
|||
|

A time-based fee for each consultant dedicated to the project. This fee will vary according to the consultant’s expertise and experience. |
|||
|
• |
A combination of these two systems (fixed amount and time-based fee for additional services). |
